Prepare for your Session


A first session will last 60 – 90 minutes. Later sessions are 50 – 60 minutes.

Have some water at hand to drink during the session, and some tissues close handy, in case needed.

Use earbuds, if possible.

After the session, be sure to hydrate and rest.

Occasionally, and especially after the first session, a client experiences 1 – 3 days of fatigue. It will pass.

Be careful about driving or handling sharp or heavy equipment after a session.
