When all we need is found in silence…
I know that a hypnosis session has gone really well when the client and I both fall into deep silence. In that stillness, everything is taking place that needs to take place, for my client. At the conclusion their face glows, and they cannot put into words the richness of the experience, and all that they received from it.
I read about a hypnotherapist who offered, exclusively, silent hypnosis to patients who were terminally ill. He created and deepened the silence through hypnotic suggestions and then he would sit together with the client for as long as the silence needed to do its work.
I think we can all benefit from stillness and deep silence, and I am most happy to work with persons who wish to experience this sacred internal space.
