Pregnancy, Birth, Breastfeeding
The beauty of motherhood can be marred by difficult experiences… we can restore confidence and joy.
If you are trying to conceive, hypnotherapy may help.
If you are preparing for childbirth, one of the many hypno-birthing classes may be helpful to you.
Hypnotherapy is helpful after childbirth, if there were difficulties during pregnancy or childbirth that still weigh on the mother’s mind and heart.
If breastfeeding does not go as hoped, mothers frequently experience a sense of loss that we call “breastfeeding grief,” and this may also occur when the child weans. Here, hypnotherapy is very useful.
Another area where hypnosis can help is in preparation for the second child–building strength and confidence for the new arrival.
Hypnosis is also helpful if a mother is experiencing breast aversion, or pain, dizziness or nausea while breastfeeding.
Finally, hypnotherapy is helpful for miscarriage, stillbirth and child-loss.
